5. The logo must be used in its entirety, and only according to the other provisions of this notice.

6. The elements in the logo may not be repositioned or altered in any way.

7. Any individual or organization wishing to reproduce FLAG materials are asked to submit a request to the President, copied to the Secretary, for such use not less than two weeks prior to the planned use. This will give FLAG adequate time to review each request and respond in a timely manner.

8. Requests must include an explanation of the intended use and a sample of that use.

9. When placing the logo on a website, we ask that the logo be made an active link to "flagwl.org".
