What is FLAG?

FLAG is the official professional organization for world languages education in Georgia.

 FLAG is an organization of various educators and supporters of world languages and cultural competency education.

FLAG is a non-profit organization led by an all-volunteer Board. 


What does FLAG do?

  • advocates for world languages programs, legislation and resources

  • facilitates educator and student engagement activities

  • collaborates with other organizations to support world languages community

  • fosters collaboration among Georgia’s language professionals

  • provides professional development through webinars and annual conference

  • connects with world languages educators throughout Georgia

  • provides a clearinghouse of resources for world languages educators
